A meeting place for the community providing accessible facilities in the heart of Clive Vale.
Clive Vale Community Church has been part of the neighbourhood since 1880. In years gone by it has hosted many community events including Magic Lantern shows, concerts, boys and girls clubs, women’s groups, sewing clubs and many other events.
The Church members are keen to continue that legacy and have recently completed a major revamp which has seen a new kitchen, foyer and accessible toilets and wheelchair access to the building.
The building is already used by the WI and the local Rangers and the Church would love to welcome other groups to the facility.
There are two main rooms, the Function Room and the Sanctuary that can be used individually or together by opening the dividing wall. In addition there is a spacious modern kitchen that can be hired.

Facilities include two WC’s, one of which is fully accessible with disabled facilities and baby changing station along with step free wheelchair access from the road into the building.
Function Room with Beverage serving area. (4.3m x 6.9m)
The Function Room can seat up to 48 in theatre style seating, or can be arranged as desired with plenty of tables and chairs. This area includes a beverage serving area with plumbed in hot water for hot drinks and a small sink. The Function Room is accessed from the main foyer area.
Sanctuary (6.6m x 5m)
The Sanctuary area can seat up to 40 in theatre style seating and is accessed from the foyer. Wheel chair access will be available from December 2023 via a new entrance and ramp.

For greater space the dividing wall between the two areas can be opened to create a larger room with seating for up to 80.
Kitchen
Kitchen. The kitchen is situated at the rear of the building and accessed via the Function Room or from a back external door. It is completely fitted out with sinks, dishwasher, two ovens and double hobs, fridge and freezer. A roller shutter opens to the Function Room.
